1. Data controller
BlancaReal is the controller of the personal data submitted through this website in connection with real estate, commercialization, legal advisory and general contact requests. Privacy-related communications are handled through the corporate channel shown on this page.
Whenever a user submits a form, requests a call, asks about a property or starts a legal or commercial enquiry, BlancaReal acts as the controller for the data associated with that request.
2. Data we process
- Identity and contact data: full name, email address and phone number.
- Commercial context data: requested service, property interest, development, area or free-text message.
- Minimum technical data linked to browsing, language, timestamp and consent status.
- Additional information derived from a later commercial, legal or contractual relationship.
3. Processing purposes
Data is processed in order to answer enquiries, prepare calls or meetings, route the request to the appropriate department, register the opportunity in internal systems and maintain communications related to the user request.
It may also be used to prepare commercial proposals, coordinate a reservation or due diligence, deliver legal or commercialization services and comply with administrative, tax or legal obligations where a professional or contractual relationship exists.
4. Legal basis
- Consent, where the user voluntarily submits a form or accepts communications linked to a request.
- Pre-contractual measures when the user asks for information regarding a potential purchase, sale, investment or advisory service.
- Performance of a contract or professional engagement if the relationship becomes formalized.
- Compliance with legal obligations applicable to BlancaReal's commercial, tax, accounting or anti-fraud duties.
- Legitimate interest in organizing commercial attention, documenting interactions and defending possible claims.
5. Retention
Data will be kept for as long as required to manage the request and, where a commercial or legal relationship follows, for the period required by that relationship and by applicable legal retention duties.
Where the user only makes an initial enquiry and no ongoing relationship follows, BlancaReal will limit retention to the reasonable follow-up period and to any legal defence period, deleting or blocking the data when it is no longer necessary.
6. Recipients and processors
BlancaReal does not sell personal data. Information may be shared with technology providers and operational collaborators needed to host the site, process forms, store information or deliver operational support, always under BlancaReal instructions and with the required contractual safeguards.
Disclosures may also occur where required by law, where necessary to perform a requested service or where professionals connected to a transaction have a documented legitimate need to access the information.
7. International transfers
Some infrastructure, storage or support providers may operate outside the European Economic Area or rely on international sub-processors. In those cases, BlancaReal applies the safeguards required by the GDPR, including standard contractual clauses or equivalent lawful mechanisms.
8. Your rights
Users may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and may withdraw consent whenever consent is the legal basis relied upon.
Requests can be sent to the corporate email shown below, identifying the request and the channel through which the contact was initiated. If the user believes their rights have not been handled correctly, they may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority.
9. Minors and data accuracy
The forms on this site are not directed to minors. Users guarantee that the data provided is true, accurate and up to date and agree to notify BlancaReal of any relevant change.
