1. Data controller

BlancaReal is the controller of the personal data submitted through this website in connection with real estate, commercialization, legal advisory and general contact requests. Privacy-related communications are handled through the corporate channel shown on this page.

Whenever a user submits a form, requests a call, asks about a property or starts a legal or commercial enquiry, BlancaReal acts as the controller for the data associated with that request.

Where the user only makes an initial enquiry and no ongoing relationship follows, BlancaReal will limit retention to the reasonable follow-up period and to any legal defence period, deleting or blocking the data when it is no longer necessary.
