Owner and Managing director of BlancaReal, Xavier comes from a long family lineage of real estate professionals in Spain and in Belgium.

He attended the German School in Elviria before graduating in Philology and Economics in Belgium.

He has been living in Brussels and Barcelona before taking over the corporate HQ in Calahonda, Mijas.

Nature- & history-lover as well as Malaga-addict, he will enjoy showing you around the Costa del Sol in 6 languages, namely Spanish, English, Dutch, German, Italian & French. It is in his blood.

Born among the olive trees of Jaen, Eva is distinguished by her Andalusian warmth and empathy.

Originally a teacher by profession, she has held management positions in both the education and real estate sectors.

Thanks to these experiences she has developed admirable organisational skills and excellent efficiency in all the tasks she undertakes.

Her willingness to listen makes her an indispensable problem solver for our clients.

Eva is very family-oriented and passionate about animals and travel.

Yolanda Gallardo, born in a small town in Jaen, grew up with values such as closeness, honesty and genuine human care, principles she learned within her family and that today define who she is thanks to the example set by her parents and grandparents.

She is a deeply family-oriented, empathetic and kind person, qualities she brings to her daily work as a property acquisition specialist in the real estate sector.

Her background as an early childhood education teacher has given her strong organizational skills, patience and attention to detail, abilities she now applies with commitment and responsibility in every process she manages.

For Yolanda, work is not only about achieving objectives, but about building trust, providing reassurance and creating long-term relationships based on respect, dedication and professionalism.

Natascha is the ultimate expression of multiculturalism: of Italian-German origin, she was born in Germany and grew up in Belgium.

She moved to Spain 20 years ago, bringing her welcoming and structured side with her, which has made her an excellent professional and a valuable partner.

After more than 3 decades in the world of multinationals, she decided to join BlancaReal, where she has proved to be an important presence on an organisational level.

Family, cooking, and walks in the open air are always in her daily life, and she loves to look for any excuse to party.

Tatevik Stepanyán —or simply Tate—, our all-terrain philologist and manager who handles Spanish, English, Russian and Armenian as naturally as she wins over children and animals alike. After more than 9 years bringing administrative magic to the events and dental clinic sectors (and a brief real estate adventure), she has been the most international local in the area since 2004. There was a time when she made waves as an award-winning dancer and model on the catwalk, but today she channels all that rhythm into reformer pilates, hikes along the coast and mountains, and a camera always at the ready. Her true superpower? A baker so incredible that after tasting her desserts, you'll forgive her anything with a smile.

More malaguena than the sardine espeto, Maria is the visible face of our legal department.

Throughout her more than 20-year career, she has managed to constantly innovate, breaking down numerous walls that seemed insurmountable.

Maria has worked tirelessly in areas where the law was not developed. For example, her mastery of digital law is overwhelming.

Yet what her colleagues admire most about Maria is not the professional level: rarely in life do you come across people as culturally restless as she is.

With Maria, you can talk about almost any subject, and always with a tone of humour that those of us who share her daily life are very grateful for.

Originally from Vitoria, Estanislao has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector.

At BlancaReal he is in charge of securing land or luxury commercial properties. Thanks to his communication skills and his strong market-analysis ability, he finds unique opportunities.

Outside the office, he is passionate about reading, music and digital trends.

Perhaps this has something to do with the fact that he was one of the first digital marketing professionals in Spain, and he has always surrounded himself with young people who helped him reinvent himself.

Carlos was born and raised in Malaga and attended the French International Lycee.

Since he knows the area perfectly, which he tours with his 400cc corporate motorbike, Carlos is the ideal person to present a property to buyers.

Thanks to highly professional tools and his passion for multimedia, he transforms photography, 3D and drone footage into spectacular reports.

Despite his young age, Carlos is one of the first licensed real-estate drone pilots in Spain. He is also in continuous photography training to get the best out of a property for sale.

Cristobal is a young promise in the marketing department.

He is a photographer and drone pilot.

He learns quickly from his mentor Carlos, while bringing a fresh perspective to multimedia reporting.

Whenever he can, he explores a new route with his friends and his inseparable motorbike.

He is also passionate about sports, including mountain biking and climbing.

His cheerful attitude and Malaga friendliness rub off on you from the very first minute.
